Where It All Began
What is ZENONIA 1?
ZENONIA 1 is the Steam restoration of the 2008 mobile action RPG that started the ZENONIA series, released on August 31, 2026 by Com2us Holdings and CFK for $9.99. You play Regret, a boy raised in the village of Ayles by a retired knight, choose one of three classes (Warrior, Paladin or Assassin), and break five seals holding the demon Ladon while a good/evil meter decides which guild, which bosses and which ending you get. Hunger, carry weight and a day/night clock are all still in; the developers rebuilt controls, UI and saving for PC but left the game itself alone. Two days after launch it sat at Very Positive on Steam with an all-time peak of 803 concurrent players.

First Hour in Ayles
Start Regret's Journey in 5 Steps
- Pick a class you can live with. It is permanent per save. Warrior for the smoothest first run, Paladin if you hate dying, Assassin if you know the game: class comparison.
- Do every Ayles errand before leaving. Item Gal, Benny, Dustin and Greg all send you to the same field east of town: beginner guide.
- Reach level 8 on the Garlic Lake bears before the Cori tree, and buy Apples. Hunger shrinks your SP bar: hunger and weight.
- Read the Adonis Forest choice twice. Helping Vicious makes you evil, refusing keeps you good, and switching back is slow: good or evil.
- Save before every boss door, never at 0 HP. Pale needs three switches before he can die; the rest are on the bosses page.

Quick Questions
Is ZENONIA 1 on Steam the same game as the 2008 mobile ZENONIA?
Yes. It is a restoration of the first ZENONIA (Korean subtitle Thread of Memories), released on Steam on August 31, 2026 by Com2us Holdings and CFK. The story, three classes, good/evil system, hunger, weight and day/night cycle are unchanged; controls, UI, gear comparison, quick save and achievements were rebuilt for PC.
Is it ZENONIA or Xenonia?
ZENONIA, with a Z. Xenonia is a common misspelling that Google still sends to the same game. The Steam listing is titled ZENONIA 1; the original 2009 iOS release was simply called ZENONIA.
What is the best class in ZENONIA 1?
Warrior for a first playthrough: highest damage and best armor, and pure STR carries every seal. Paladin is the forgiving choice because Restore is the only self-heal. Assassin is fastest but has the weakest armor. See the class tier list and the class comparison for details.
How This Wiki Is Kept Honest
ZENONIA 1 Wiki is an independent, unofficial fan resource for ZENONIA 1 players — not affiliated with Com2us Holdings.
- How we verify: Every number on a data page is traced to a named source: the Steam achievement list, the official announcements, or the original 2009-2010 community FAQs, which we flag when the Steam version may differ.
- Update cadence: We re-check the Steam discussions and patch notes twice a week during the launch window and stamp each page with the date it was last confirmed.
- What we don't do: We do not publish Cheat Engine tables, APK or ROM download links, or any "leaked" content; the mobile versions are delisted and we say so instead of pretending otherwise.
